The Lions Mane is toothed fungus, it forms tooth-like spine structures instead of gills. Simply amazing tasting mushroom that many say have a Lobster like flavor. Producing a mane of cascading white spines, this mushroom can be grown on sterilized sawdust/bran. Our strain is very aggresive and will happily produce some very nice mushrooms. The Lions Mane mushroom develops quickly once initiated and can grow from a tiny primordia to a large, ready to harvest mushroom in one week or less.
